GIFT CARD
The gift card remains valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. The validity period begins once the gift card is sent to the sender, who will then forward it to the recipient at their own discretion.
Redemption of the gift card is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The sender must make full payment for the gift card credits and receive acknowledgment from Studio Kinu.
The recipient of the gift card is responsible for scheduling their photoshoot within the designated timeframe specified on the coupon.
To claim the photoshoot, the recipient should visit www.studiokinu.co and select their preferred package and available time slot. They can make a booking by clicking on the "Book Now" button associated with the desired package. Once the package and slot are selected, they can proceed to the checkout process.
During the checkout, the recipient is required to enter the voucher code mentioned on the gift card to redeem its value. After completing the payment order form, a confirmation email will be sent to the recipient.
If the recipient needs to reschedule their booking, they can do so up to 168 hours (1 week) before the scheduled shoot. Rescheduling can be done through Acuity Scheduling, which can be accessed via the confirmation email received after a successful booking. The rescheduled shoot should be within the same package and before the expiry date of the gift card.
Failure to attend the scheduled photoshoot will result in the gift card becoming void.
The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
Extension of the gift card's expiry date is strictly prohibited.
If the recipient's expenses exceed the credit amount specified by the sender, the recipient must pay the remaining balance in full after the photoshoot.
